At Case Knives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
